  1. Greetings from Kakegawa! We are a homeschooling Christian Japanese/American couple. Husband is from Oregon, wife is from Japan. Our passions are adoption and fostering. Our two older kids have already graduated from the Bickel family homeschool, our younger adopted set, now 8 and 5, are just beginning this wonderful journey.
